摘要:Influenza A viruses (IAVs) pose a significant public health threat, with host factors playing a crucial role in disease severity. 摘要:In superresolution optical fluctuation imaging (SOFI), molecules spaced closer than the diffraction limit can be separated through spatial and temporal correlation analysis of the fluorescence intensity fluctuations. The resolution and speed of SOFI imaging greatly depend on the characteristics of these fluorescence fluctuations. 摘要:Light controls important biological processes in fungi by regulating transcriptional gene activation.
