摘要:Nav1.8 voltage-gated sodium channels are strongly expressed in human primary pain-sensing neurons (nociceptors) and a selective Nav1.8 inhibitor VX-548 (suzetrigine) has shown efficacy for treating acute pain in clinical trials. 摘要:Upon injury, epithelial-derived IL-18 is released and induces an inflammatory response in underlying IL18R1+ lamina propria cells. 摘要:In human acute myeloid leukemia (AML), mutations of isocitrate dehydrogenase-1 (IDH1) often co-occur with NPM1 mutations, and less frequently with FLT3 mutations.
