摘要:Through an inductive study of learning and development (L&D) executives in 69 multinational organizations, we build a theory of marginal leaders' conception of learning in organizations. 摘要:This paper explores how gender affects idea endorsement. We depart from the existing approach, which considers the effect of gender and other factors in isolation, and propose that endorsement depends on who suggests which ideas and in what ways.
