摘要:Facilitating refugees' transitions to host country society is of interest to their host countries and municipalities, employers within those countries, and the refugees themselves. 摘要:In light of ever-increasing demands for innovation in work teams, we recommend para-doxical leadership to manage team and individual innovation. 摘要:Experts play a crucial role in modern organizations, but evidence regarding the soundness and reliability of their decision-making is mixed and often contradictory. We develop and test a moderated-mediation model of expert decision-making linking expertise, identity threat, and overprecision to understand when and why experts offer overly precise judgments, and how they can cope with disconfirming feedback. 摘要:Experienced passage of time, the extent to which employees perceive the passage of work time as being fast or slow, is a fundamental aspect of work experience. 摘要:Strategy making can be emotional for decision makers, especially when facing a major threat or a disruptive change.
