摘要:Poly(ADP- ribose) polymerase 1 (PARP1) has emerged as a central target for cancer therapies due to the ability of PARP inhibitors to specifically kill tumors deficient for DNA repair by homologous recombination. 摘要:Nitrous oxide (N2O), a potent greenhouse gas, can be generated by multiple biological and abiotic processes in diverse contexts. 摘要:mTORC1 is aberrantly activated in renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and is targeted by rapalogs. As for other targeted therapies, rapalogs clinical utility is limited by the development of resistance.
