摘要:Microorganisms in marine oxygen minimum zones (OMZs) drive globally impactful biogeochemical processes. One such process is multistep denitrification (NO3--NO2 -- NO- N 2 O- N 2 ), which dominates OMZ bioavailable nitrogen (N) loss and nitrous oxide (N2O) production. 摘要:We developed an advanced optical microscope for the simultaneous visualization of membrane fluidity and morphology to define cell adhesion signatures. This microscope combines ratiometric spectral imaging of membrane fluidity and interferometric imaging of membrane morphology. 摘要:The p38 MAP kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway plays pivotal roles in various cellular processes.
