摘要:The binding of photoswitchable molecules to partners forms the basis of many naturally occurring light-dependent signaling pathways and various photopharmacological and optogenetic tools. A critical parameter affecting the function of these molecules is the thermal half-life of the light state. 摘要:Brain age (BA), distinct from chronological age (CA), can be estimated from MRIs to evaluate neuroanatomic aging in cognitively normal (CN) individuals. BA, however, is a cross-sectional measure that summarizes cumulative neuroanatomic aging since birth. 摘要:Sperm morphogenesis is a tightly regulated differentiation process, disruption of which leads to sperm malfunction and male infertility. Here, we show that Tex38 knockout (KO) male mice are infertile. 摘要:Variants with large effect contribute to congenital heart disease (CHD). To date, recessive genotypes (RGs) have commonly been implicated through anecdotal ascertainment of consanguineous families and candidate gene-based analysis; the recessive contribution to the broad range of CHD phenotypes has been limited.
