摘要:The NF1 tumor suppressor gene is recurrently mutated in human cancers and is associated with the neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF-1) cancer predisposition syndrome. NF1 encodes neurofibromin, a Ras guanosine triphosphate (GTPase) activating protein that negatively regulates Ras signaling. 摘要:Each new mammalian life begins with the fusion of an oocyte and a sperm to produce a fertilized egg containing two sets of genomes, one from the mother and one from the father. 摘要:The ATP- and CTP- dependent ParA- ParB- parS segrosome is a macromolecular complex that segregates chromosomes/plasmids in most bacterial species.
