摘要：The recently identified histone modification lysine lactylation can be stimulated by L- lactate and glycolysis. Although the chemical group added upon lysine lactylation was originally proposed to be the L- enantiomer of lactate (KL- la), two isomeric modifications, their precursors being metabolites of glycolysis. 摘要：Androgen and estrogen, key sex hormones, were long thought to be exclusively produced by vertebrates. 摘要：Inflammation is among the known causes of cisplatin-induced hearing loss (CIHL), but its exact pathophysiological mechanisms remain unclear. Herein, we demonstrated that pyroptosis-a recently identified inflammatory type of regulated cell death dependent on gasdermin D (GSDMD)-was activated in the cochleae of cisplatin-treated mice, causing CIHL. 摘要：Newborns, typically asexual, undergo a process of sexual transition to reach sexual maturity, but the regulatory mechanism underlying this transition is not clear. 摘要：Anti- CTLA- 4 Abs (ACAs) are a breakthrough for cancer therapy, but their potential is limited by immunotherapy- related adverse events (irAE). We previously reported that ACAs with acidic pH- sensitive binding to CTLA- 4 exhibit higher antitumor activity with fewer irAE.
