摘要:A faster cruising speed increases drag and thereby the thrust (T) needed to fly, while weight and lift (L) requirement remains constant. 摘要:The maturation and installation of the active site metal cluster (FeMo-co, Fe7S9CMo-R-homocitrate) in Mo-dependent nitrogenase requires the protein product of the nifB gene for production of the FeS cluster precursor (NifB-co, [Fe8S9C]) and the action of the maturase complex composed of the protein products from the nifE and nifN genes. 摘要:The Stoner instability remains a cornerstone for understanding metallic ferromagnets. This instability captures the interplay of Coulomb repulsion, Pauli exclusion, and twofold fermionic spin degeneracy. In materials with spin-orbit coupling, this fermionic spin is generalized to a twofold degenerate pseudospin which is typically believed to have symmetry properties as spin. 摘要:Dinoflagellate chromosomes are extraordinary, as their organization is independent of architectural nucleosomes unlike typical eukaryotes and shows a cholesteric liquid crystal state. 5- hydroxymethyluridine (5hmU) is present at unusually high levels and its function remains an enigma in dinoflagellates chromosomal DNA for several decades. 摘要:Pastures, on which ruminant livestock graze, occupy one third of the earth's surface. Removing livestock from pastures can support climate change mitigation through carbon sequestration in regrowing vegetation and recovering soils, particularly in potentially forested areas.
