摘要:An N- degron is a degradation signal whose main determinant is a destabilizing N- terminal residue of a protein. Specific N- degrons, discovered in 1986, were the first identified degradation signals in short- lived intracellular proteins. 摘要:Succinic acid (SA), a dicarboxylic acid of industrial importance, can be efficiently produced by metabolically engineered Mannheimia succiniciproducens. Although the importance of magnesium (Mg2+) ion on SA production has been evident from our previous studies, the role of Mg2+ ion remains largely unexplored. 摘要:Complex visual stimuli evoke diverse patterns of gaze, but previous research suggests that their neural representations are shared across brains. Here, we used hyperalignment to compare visual responses between observers viewing identical stimuli. We find that individual eye movements enhance cortical visual responses but also lead to representational divergence. 摘要:Muscle stem cells (MuSCs) are specialized cells that reside in adult skeletal muscle poised to repair muscle tissue. 摘要:The conversion of CO2 into liquid fuels, using only sunlight and water, offers a promising path to carbon neutrality.
