摘要:We study the coupled charge density wave (CDW) and insulator-to-metal transitions in the 2D quantum material 1T-TaS2. By applying in situ cryogenic 4D scanning transmission electron microscopy with in situ electrical resistance measurements, we directly visualize the CDW transition and establish that the transition is mediated by basal dislocations (stacking solitons). 摘要:Serial capture affinity purification (SCAP) is a powerful method to isolate a specific protein complex. When combined with cross- linking mass spectrometry and computational approaches, one can build an integrated structural model of the isolated complex. 摘要:Understanding how neural circuits generate sequential activity is a longstanding challenge. While foundational theoretical models have shown how sequences can be stored as memories in neural networks with Hebbian plasticity rules, these models considered only a narrow range of Hebbian rules. 摘要:Androgen receptor (AR) is a main driver for castration- resistant prostate cancer (CRPC). c-Myc is an oncogene underlying prostate tumorigenesis. Here, we find that the deubiquitinase USP11 targets both AR and c-Myc in prostate cancer (PCa). USP11 expression was up- regulated in metastatic PCa and CRPC.
