摘要:Research findings indicate that the feelings and moods individuals experience (i.e., their affect) influence many aspects of cognition and behavior. Extending these findings to entrepreneurship. I suggest that affect influences several aspects of entrepreneurs' cognition and, hence. important elements of the entrepreneurial process. I propose a theoretical framework for understanding the role of affect in key aspects of entrepreneurship (e.g.. opportunity recognition, resource acquisition).

摘要:The paper offers a critical reading of Geert Hofstede's (1980) Culture's Consequences using an analytical strategy where the book is mirrored against itself and analyzed in terms of its own proposed value dimensions. 摘要:Conflict management research generally has focused on some aspects of conflict in organizations-for example, the predictors or consequences of using a particular dispute resolution method-with little theory to explain how various aspects of the process fit together. We present a model that integrates these factors and specifically focuses on the dynamic processes by which an individual concludes that he or she has been mistreated and responds to the mistreatment.

摘要:We describe how negative impacts emanating from an organizational crisis that initially strikes only one organization can overflow the boundaries of that organization and affect others in the industry.
