摘要:Prior research has adopted a job-crafting perspective to explain why employees attempt to craft their roles meaningfully (Wrzesniewski & Dutton, 2001). We explore this theoretical lens in a new context that is particularly challenging for workers and where it would seem unlikely to apply: poverty. 摘要:Can artificial intelligence (AI) assist human employees in increasing employee creativity? 摘要:Competitors may perceive a focal firm's CEO succession as creating an exploitable opportunity as well as a future threat to preempt. Drawing from theories of executive human and social capital, we suggest that anticipation of internal disruption stemming from human and social capital changes in a CEO succession may lead to external disruption for the focal firm.
