摘要:Conceptualizing shareholder unrest as the aggregate scale and gravity of shareholder dissatisfaction with company practices, we examine the effects of two distinct types of shareholder unrest-wealth-oriented and corporate social responsibility (CSR)-oriented unrest-on CEOs' career outcomes. 摘要:Organizational change research has concentrated on the challenges of implementing isolated changes, paying little attention to the interactions among concurrent change initiatives. 摘要:Drawing from a 21-month field study of an athletic footwear and apparel company, I build theory on how a shared sense of meaningfulness forms through interaction ritual and emotion. I find that a shared sense of meaningfulness is composed of a shared feeling and a shared representation that are constructed sequentially. 摘要:We examine the influence of chronobiological processes on creativity, specifically the influence of a person's chronotype. Chronotype refers to the setting of a person's biological clock that gives rise to a distinctive pattern of sleep habits and preferred diurnal activity. 摘要:This research aims to explain whether leader perfectionism toward employees fosters or hinders employee creativity. From a self-regulation perspective, we theorize that depend-ing on employees??? locus of control, leader perfectionism can influence two regulatory states of employees (i.e., engagement and emotional exhaustion) linearly or curvilinearly, which in turn affect their creativity in opposite directions.
