摘要:Ferroptosis is a cell death mechanism distinguished by its dependence on iron-mediated lipid oxidation. Cancer cells highly resistant to conventional therapies often demonstrate lipid metabolic and redox vulnerabilities that sensitize them to cell death by ferroptosis. 摘要:Our biological clock, located in the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN), controls behavioral activity rhythms by producing circadian rhythms in SCN electrical activity. Behavioral studies in humans suggest that the clock is sensitive not only to light but also to physical activity. 摘要:The directed movement of eukaryotic cells is critical for processes such as development and immune responses. While much is known about chemoattraction, much less is known about chemorepulsion. 摘要:The most efficient lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for gene therapeutics rely on specific lipids that protect the oligonucleotide cargo and aid cellular uptake and subsequent endosomal escape. 摘要:Stathmin-2 (also known as SCG10) is encoded by the STMN2 gene, whose mRNA is one of the most abundantly expressed in human motor neurons. 摘要:Physical exercise is known to reduce depression, but the underlying brain mechanisms remain unclear. 摘要:The impact of neural activity on aging and longevity remains poorly understood, with limited understanding of the specific neuron groups and molecular mechanisms that regulate lifespan. In this study, we uncover a correlation between human longevity and reduced CaMK4 expression in the frontal cortex.
