摘要：Employee recalcitrance and employer reprisal are ever-present conditions in public service. Yet we have limited knowledge of the forces that move administrators away from acquiescence and toward antagonism. 摘要：This article presents a systematic literature review of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the public sector.
