摘要:This study analyzes an important and overlooked aspect of cutback budgeting affecting US federal agencies - reductions to existing US federal grant awards. 摘要:Representing diverse identities in government is important for equal employment, symbolic benefits, and opportunities to improve public service outcomes. This article uses qualitative interviews with 32 frontline police officers to examine the ways in which personal and professional identities intersect to promote or impede those benefits. 摘要:To help guide certain problem-solving efforts in a timely and relevant manner, public agencies should consider the use of simple multiplicative component models. Such models involve basic algebra, arithmetic, practical logic, and straightforward cross-tabulations and tables. Two actual case examples are presented. Additional diverse applications are briefly discussed to illustrate the potential value of this tool to guide a number of evidence-informed efforts.

摘要:What are the impact of work values and academic training on public service motivation (PSM) over time? We present findings from a three-phase longitudinal study on the evolvement of PSM of Israeli students who gradually enter the job market.
