摘要:Degrading cellulose is a key step in the processing of lignocellulosic biomass into bioethanol. 摘要:The S - phase checkpoint involving CHK1 is essential for fork stability in response to fork stalling. PARP1 acts as a sensor of replication stress and is required for CHK1 activation.
