摘要:Tumor- targeted therapies have often been inefficient due to the lack of concomitant control over the tumor microenvironment. 摘要:Hippocampal neurons can be the first to be impaired with neurodegenerative disorders, including Alzheimer's disease (AD). Most drug candidates for causal therapy of AD cannot either enter the brain or accumulate around hippocampal neurons. 摘要:Finding optimal bipartite matchings-e.g., matching medical students to hospitals for residency, items to buyers in an auction, or papers to reviewers for peer review-is a fundamental combinatorial optimization problem. We found a distributed algorithm for computing matchings by studying the development of the neuromuscular circuit.
