摘要:The hair bundle, or stereocilia bundle, is the mechanosensory compartment of hair cells (HCs) in the inner ear. 摘要:In the lower respiratory tract, the alveolar spaces are divided from the bloodstream and the external environment by only a few microns of interstitial tissue. 摘要:Senescence is a cell fate driven by different types of stress that results in exit from the cell cycle and expression of an inflammatory senescence- associated secretory phenotype (SASP). Here, we demonstrate that stable overexpression of miR-96-5p was sufficient to induce cellular senescence in the absence of genotoxic stress, inducing expression of certain markers of early senescence including SASP factors while repressing markers of deep senescence including LINE- 1 and type 1 interferons. ...

摘要:Blood platelets are produced by megakaryocytes (MKs), their parent cells, which are in the bone marrow. Once mature, MK pierces through the sinusoid vessel, and the initial protrusion further elongates as proplatelet or buds to release platelets. 摘要:Catalytic hydrogenation of CO2 to value- added fuels and chemicals is of great importance to carbon neutrality but suffers from an activity-selectivity trade- off, leading to limited catalytic performance. Herein, the ZnFeAlO4 + SAPO-34 composite catalyst was designed, which can simultaneously achieve a CO2 conversion of 42%, a CO selectivity of 50%, and a C2-C4= selectivity of 83%, resulting in a C2-C4= yield of almost 18%.
