摘要:RAD51 is related to the bacterial RecA protein and is best known for its role in homologous recombination- mediated repair of DNA damage. Here, we report an unexpected function of RAD51 in the maintenance methylation of genomic DNA, a function that is separable from its role in homologous recombination. 摘要:Neutralizing antibodies (nAbs) play a crucial role in virology, antibody drug development, and vaccine research. In this study, we investigated the synergistic effect of two hepatitis E virus (HEV) nAbs, 8H3, and 8C11, which have exhibited enhanced neutralizing activity in a rhesus monkey model.
