摘要:Genetic investigation in Mendelian skin disorders featuring generalized or localized skin scaling and redness, known as the ichthyoses, has revealed novel pathways relevant to epidermal integrity, barrier function, and desquamation. 摘要:The accumulation of RNA Polymerase III (Pol III) transcribed short interspersed nuclear element (SINE) retrotransposon RNA is a hallmark of various cellular stressors, including DNA virus infection. 摘要:Carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning causes 50,000 to 100,000 emergency department visits and similar to 1,500 deaths in the United States annually. Current treatments are limited to supplemental and/or hyperbaric oxygen to accelerate CO elimination.
