摘要:Mutation rates vary across the tree of life by many orders of magnitude, with fewer mutations occurring each generation in species that reproduce quickly and maintain large effective population sizes. 摘要:Ewing sarcoma (EwS) is an aggressive cancer of bone and soft tissue that predominantly affects children and young adults. 摘要:Rare earth oxyphosphates represent a large family of compounds with the general formula (RE2O3)x(REPO4), where RE refers to lanthanides and yttrium. 摘要:Vascular development is a precisely controlled process, yet how it is spatiotemporally orchestrated remains enigmatic. We previously identified DEAD-box RNA helicase 24 (DDX24) as a pathogenic gene for multiorgan vascular anomalies. Here, we show that DDX24 is expressed in the endothelium during embryonic angiogenesis in zebrafish. 摘要:The direct reprogramming of cells has tremendous potential in in vitro neurological studies. 摘要:Air pollution is a global health crisis that disproportionately affects lower- and middle-income countries. We examine global air quality monitoring data, highlighting persistent inequalities in high-exposure regions, and assess the potential of emerging technologies to improve data utility for mitigation.
