摘要:The thymus is one of the most important organs of the immune system. It is responsible for both the production of T cells and the prevention of their autoimmunity. 摘要:Fungal pathogens infect billions and kill millions of people each year. Many of these pathogens have evolved strategies to evade our antifungal immune defenses. Candida albicans, for example, masks the proinflammatory pathogen-associated molecular pattern (PAMP) beta-1,3-glucan, in response to specific host signals such as lactate. 摘要:The relationship between genotype and phenotype remains an outstanding question for organism-level traits because these traits are generally complex. The challenge arises from complex traits being determined by a combination of multiple genes (or loci), which leads to an explosion of possible genotype-phenotype mappings. 摘要:We report here transport of full-length epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), Insulin Receptor, 7-pass transmembrane receptor Smoothened, and 13-pass Sodium-iodide symporter to extracellular vesicles (EVs) for structural and functional studies. 摘要:Schnyder corneal dystrophy (SCD) is a rare autosomal dominant condition characterized by the opacification of the cornea owing to the abnormal deposition of cholesterol. 摘要:The X-linked histone demethylase, UTX (KDM6A), is a master regulator of gene enhancers, though its role in self-renewing epithelia like the skin is not well understood.
