摘要:Employees (N = 194) from a wide variety of organizations participated in this study aimed at describing the attitudes of individuals who refuse to respond to an employee survey request (noncompliants). Noncompliants, in comparison with those individuals who would comply with the survey request, possessed greater intentions to quit, less organizational commitment, and less satisfaction toward supervisors and their own jobs. 摘要:The authors examined how leader briefings and team-interaction training influence team members' knowledge structures concerning processes related to effective performance in both routine and novel environments. 摘要:In this study, 135 jury-eligible adults were randomly assigned to 1 of 5 aggregations of plaintiffs involving 1, 2, 4, 6, and 10 claimants. Jurors were shown a 5- to 6-hr trial involving claims of differential repetitive stress injuries by each plaintiff. 摘要:A 10-item multidimensional measure of test-taking motivation based on expectancy theory, the Valence, Instrumentality, Expectancy Motivation Scale (VIEMS), was developed using a student sample (N = 90) and tested using 2 samples of job applicants in a field settings (N = 296; N = 246). 摘要:This article presents and tests a group-level model of safety climate to supplement the available organization-level model. Climate perceptions in this case are related to supervisory safety practices rather than to company policies and procedures. The study included 53 work groups in a single manufacturing company. 摘要:A model of attitude toward affirmittive action programs (AAPs) was applied in 4 studies involving 1,622 participants. 摘要:This study linked traits from the 5-factor model of personality (the Big 5) to transformational leadership behavior. 摘要:In a control-group field experiment using a reversal design, 30 insurance salespeople were randomly assigned to an experimental group that received self-management training.
