摘要:In this article we contend that trust can be conceptualized as four distinct and ordered forms-shallow dependence, shallow interdependence, deep dependence, and deep interdependence-determined by the nature of the interdependence between trusting parties. 摘要:What is the nature of the extremely negative attitudes expressed by so many employees toward their organizations? To respond to this question, we introduce the concept of organizational cynicism. 摘要:We define organizational improvisation as the degree to which the composition and execution of an action converge in time, and we examine the theoretical potential of this definition.
