摘要:Lipid nanoparticles (LNP) represent a versatile platform for improving delivery of therapeutic nucleic acids. Yet, delivery to the myocardium remains a formidable challenge due to local barriers in the heart and systemic hindrances. 摘要:Inspired by the high engagement and sustained behavioral excitement observed in video game players, we hypothesized that distinct brain activity patterns occur during gaming compared to a generic nongame setting. 摘要:The taurine transporter (TAUT) mediates cellular taurine uptake, playing a critical role in human health and longevity. In this study, we present cryogenic electron microscopy structures of both mouse and human TAUT in various conformational states.
