摘要:The construct of change schema is developed and its possible dimensions explained. Using data from two samples and both quantitative and qualitative methods, we found that locus of control and organizational commitment were related to specific dimensions of the construct. 摘要:We examined the impact on the market value of firms' stock of announcements about RandD projects made in the innovation and commercialization stages of the RandD process. Technology- and market-related variables were tested as predictors of the wealth impact of RandD announcements. 摘要:This study analyzes the compensation strategy of firms. We examined differences in the pay and incentives of lower-level managers in firms with different levels of management discretion. We found that firms with higher managerial discretion paid compensation premiums through higher salaries, greater bonuses, and more long-term incentives; however, changes in pay were not related to changes in performance, and high-discretion firms did not perform better than other types of firms.
