摘要:Follicular regulatory T cells (Tfr) can play opposite roles in the regulation of germinal center (GC) responses. Depending on the studies, Tfr suppress or support GC and B cell affinity maturation. However, which factors determine positive vs. negative effects of Tfr on the GC B cell is unclear. 摘要:High- quality specimen preparation plays a crucial role in cryo- electron microscopy (cryo-EM) structural analysis. In this study, we have developed a reliable and convenient technique called the graphene sandwich method for preparing cryo-EM specimens. This method involves using two layers of graphene films that enclose macromolecules on both sides, allowing for an appropriate ice thickness for cryo-EM analysis. 摘要:Fluoro- substitution solvents have achieved great success in electrolyte engineering for high- energy lithium metal batteries, which, however, is beset by low solvating power, thermal and chemical instability, and possible battery swelling. 摘要:Hsp70, Hsp90, and ClpB/Hsp100 are molecular chaperones that help regulate proteostasis.
