摘要:Microalgae are promising production platforms for the cost- effective production of recombinant proteins. We have recently established that the red alga Porphyridium purpureum provides superior transgene expression properties, due to the episomal maintenance of transformation vectors as multicopy plasmids in the nucleus. 摘要:Alcohol dehydrogenase 1B (ADH1B) is a primate - specific enzyme which, uniquely among the ADH class 1 family, is highly expressed both in adipose tissue and liver.
