摘要:Cardiac contractions and hemodynamic forces are essential for organ development and homeostasis. Control over cardiac contractions can be achieved pharmacologically or optogenetically. 摘要:In kagome metals, the chiral current order parameter eta with time-reversal-symmetry-breaking is the source of various exotic electronic states, while the method of controlling the current order and its interplay with the star-of-David bond order phi are still unsolved. 摘要:This study shows that five membrane proteins-three GPCRs, an ion channel, and an enzyme-form self- clusters under natural expression levels in a cardiac- derived cell line. The cluster size distributions imply that these proteins self- oligomerize reversibly through weak interactions. 摘要:The planetesimals in the solar system exhibit varying degrees of moderately volatile elements (MVEs) depletion compared to the protosolar composition. Revealing the relevant mechanisms is crucial for exploring early solar system evolution. 摘要:The H3K9me3- specific histone methyltransferase SETDB1 is critical for proper regulation of developmental processes, but the underlying mechanisms are only partially understood. Here, we show that deletion of Setdb1 in mouse fetal liver hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) results in compromised stem cell function, enhanced myeloerythroid differentiation, and impaired lymphoid development.
