摘要：SRSF1 is the founding member of the SR protein family. It is required- interchangeably with other SR proteins-for pre-mRNA splicing in vitro, and it regulates various alternative splicing events. Dysregulation of SRSF1 expression contributes to cancer and other pathologies. Here, we characterized SRSF1's interactome using proximity labeling and mass spectrometry. 摘要：Synaptojanin - 1 (SJ1) is a major neuronal - enriched PI(4, 5)P 2 4 - and 5 - phosphatase implicated in the shedding of endocytic factors during endocytosis. 摘要：The distortion by gravity of a quasi -static bubble attached on an upward -facing surface in a quiescent liquid is investigated. The contact angle evolution during the growth of such a bubble is studied, and the consequences on the motion of the contact line between the solid and the interface are discussed. 摘要：Monocytes comprise two major subsets, Ly6Chi classical monocytes and Ly6Clo nonclassical monocytes. Notch2 signaling in Ly6Chi monocytes triggers transition to Ly6Clo monocytes, which require Nr4a1, Bcl6, Irf2, and Cebpb. By comparison, less is known about transcriptional requirements for Ly6Chi monocytes.
