摘要:This research examines the determinants of the likelihood of property tax limit override attempts and successes in the context of Massachusetts's Proposition 21/2. 摘要:Representative bureaucracy scholarship has rarely examined whether passive representation of minorities changes the behavior of majority bureaucrats. To address this omission, this article explicitly tests the relationship between the two, in the context of traffic law enforcement.
