摘要:This field study of 441 full-time employees in 95 work groups examined voice behavior (constructive challenge to the status quo with the intent of improving the situation rather than merely criticizing) as a function of person-centered (satisfaction with the work group, global self-esteem) and situational factors (group size, self-managed vs. traditional style of management). 摘要:G. P. Latham and G. Whyte (1994) found that managers gave less positive evaluations to a proposal to implement a valid selection procedure when information about the utility of that procedure was also given. 摘要:This research examined whether differences among job incumbents in their task ratings could be attributed to systematic as well as random variation. Data collected from 83 respondents showed that there was a significant degree of interrater agreement regarding task importance but not for ratings of task time spent. 摘要:We tested the fit of the five-factor model of personality with a sample of African American (n = 184) and Caucasian (n = 168) job applicants using confirmatory factor analysis with tests of invariance across groups. 摘要:Police patrol officers were surveyed to investigate how the strength of socioemotional needs affects the relationship between perceived organizational support (POS) and work performance. 摘要:The effects of business process reengineering (hereinafter reengineering) on the worth of jobs in 2 separate branches of a beverage and food distribution company were investigated.
