摘要:This paper uses systems psychodynamic concepts to develop theory about the persistence of racial inequality in U.S. organizations and to inform an approach for disrupting it. We treat White men as the dominant group and Black people as the archetypal subordinate group in U.S. society. 摘要:Expressions about opportunities are used unproblematically in everyday contexts. Yet, the question What is an opportunity? has posed a difficult riddle in the academic study of entrepreneurship.
