摘要:Newcomers contribute to organizational innovation by bringing in new knowledge and ideas, on the one hand, and by collaborating and exchanging with incumbents, on the other. 摘要:Little is known about how social entrepreneurs try to induce enactment of their cause, especially when this cause is difficult to embrace. Through a longitudinal study, we analyze how anti-plastic pollution social entrepreneurs use multimodal (visual and verbal) interactions to influence their targets and promote their cause. 摘要:Research has shown that firms typically expand into foreign locations with sizeable coethnic communities. 摘要:This study examines the importance of social perception of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and irresponsibility (CSI). Drawing from social psychology literature on stereotypes, we argue that two fundamental dimensions of social perception-warmth and competence-help explain the underlying processes and conditions under which CSR leads to specific outcomes. 摘要:Across a field study and four experiments, we examine how social norms and scrutiny affect decisions about adding members of underrepresented populations (e. g., women, racial minorities) to groups.
