摘要:While Estrogen receptor alpha (ER alpha)+ breast cancer treatment is considered effective, resistance to endocrine therapy is common. 摘要:Cells accumulate mutations throughout development, contributing to cancer, aging, and evolution. Quantitative data on the abundance of de novo mutations within plants or animals are limited, as new mutations are often rare within a tissue and fall below the limits of current sequencing depths and error rates. 摘要:Guard cells, which regulate stomatal apertures in plants, possess a sophisticated mechanism for regulating turgor pressure. 摘要:Identifying aging-associated biomarkers applicable for multiple tissues is challenging but crucial for assessing tissue aging.
