摘要:Although destructive consequences for subordinates have featured prominently in the abusive supervision literature, scholars have insinuated that supervisory abuse may temporarily yield functional results. 摘要:The COVID-19 pandemic, as a stressful event, has posed unprecedented challenges for employees worldwide.
