摘要:To enhance compassion in organizations, the processes by which compassion can be enhanced in individuals must be understood. 摘要:We introduce a multilevel model of workplace forgiveness and present forgiveness climate as an organizational-level phenomenon that explains when and why employees respond to conflict prosocially.
