摘要:This research explores the relationship between upward mobility and voice. We build hypotheses and find evidence that rather than being imprinted with a lower sense of efficacy, the upwardly mobile possess a high internal sense of efficacy and are likely to speak up. 摘要:This study develops and tests a thesis derived from the law of requisite variety. We contend that the greater the experiential variety of a top management team, the more likely it is that the complexity and consistency of the firm's competitive repertoire will be calibrated to relevant external variety. 摘要:Through an inductive study of learning and development (L&D) executives in 69 multinational organizations, we build a theory of marginal leaders' conception of learning in organizations. 摘要:This paper explores how gender affects idea endorsement. We depart from the existing approach, which considers the effect of gender and other factors in isolation, and propose that endorsement depends on who suggests which ideas and in what ways.
