摘要:We examine the influence of chronobiological processes on creativity, specifically the influence of a person's chronotype. Chronotype refers to the setting of a person's biological clock that gives rise to a distinctive pattern of sleep habits and preferred diurnal activity. 摘要:This research aims to explain whether leader perfectionism toward employees fosters or hinders employee creativity. From a self-regulation perspective, we theorize that depend-ing on employees??? locus of control, leader perfectionism can influence two regulatory states of employees (i.e., engagement and emotional exhaustion) linearly or curvilinearly, which in turn affect their creativity in opposite directions. 摘要:The justice literature has suggested that adhering to justice rules should be self -reinforcing. 摘要:While patent litigation is an important appropriability mechanism for protecting firms' proprietary knowledge, through the litigation process, valuable knowledge may unin-tentionally spill over from firms defending their patents to those they accuse of patent infringement. 摘要:How does the appointment of an outside CEO affect the hiring firm's performance? Prior research has reported that outside CEOs tend to underperform compared to inside CEOs, with high performance variance. 摘要:While the outcomes of brokerage have been extensively investigated, the issue of when and why brokerage structures persist or decay has attracted relatively little research interest.
