摘要:We explore the global fossil fuel divestment movement to show how climate activists worked to stigmatize the fossil fuel industry using analogy. In doing so, we develop a model that illustrates how constructing a moral dualism is central to stigmatizing an organizational category. 摘要:We examine whether narratives about, and the psychological consequences of, perceived gender discrimination differ between women and men. We argue that women and men have different dominant narratives about the reasons why people discriminate against people of their respective genders. 摘要:Firms often depend on relationships with other firms to access important resources. When a crisis strikes a firm, the continuation of those relationships can be jeopardized, as many indirectly affected firms will leave the relationship. 摘要:Despite their prevalence and significance, competitive wars have received limited attention in the strategy literature. Our knowledge of how interorganizational linkages influence competitive wars is particularly lacking. Drawing on the social embeddedness perspective, we argue that both direct linkages (i.e., strategic alliances) and indirect linkages (i.e., common ownership ties and common analyst ties) reduce the likelihood of war, thereby functioning as the glue that binds firms together. ...

摘要:We draw on cognitive-motivational-relational theory to build a theoretical model that outlines how speaking up affects voicers??? emotions and subsequent social behavior. 摘要:Multiteam system research operates under the assumption that multiteam systems should be structured hierarchically, or consist of component teams nested under a formal, centralized leadership team that oversees and orchestrates system activities. 摘要:Prevailing wisdom paints the impostor phenomenon as detrimental. I seek to rebalance the existing conversation around this phenomenon by highlighting that it may also have interpersonal benefits.
