摘要:Comcon (all can communicate to each), star (all communicate to one) and slash (each can communicate to several, but not to all) communication nets were studied with respect to their effects on group behavior when groups were required to operate in the same net over a period of several days. While the comcon groups developed predominantly an each-to-all organization, and the star a central organization, the slash appeared to be completely disorganized.

摘要:An attitude survey, a peer nomination form, and self-ratings, of interest in and enthusiasm for naval aviation, were administered to 8 sections of naval aviation cadets (N = 210). The 3 morale measures intercorrelated about .4. Against a pass-withdraw criterion, the 3 validity coefficients (biserial r''s) were .90 for the group estimate of each cadet''s morale (based on peer nomination), .83 for the self-estimate, and .30 for the survey estimate. 摘要:To test the hypothesis that halo effect is a judgmental error rather than the effect of objective correlation of traits, one group (N = 18) rated 5 noted individuals, one individual per day on all of 5 traits, while another group (N = 18) rated all 5 individuals on one trait per day. The authors state that the results prove that halo is in part a phenomenon of judgment.
