摘要:Through a study of the emergent U. S. wind energy sector, 1978-1992, this paper examines how large-scale social movements external to an industry can influence the creation of new market opportunities and hence encourage entrepreneurship. 摘要:We assess the factors affecting national administrative rationalization in the context of the current worldwide movement for governance reforms, focusing on national linkages to world society rather than internal socioeconomic development. 摘要:An inductive study of improvisation in new product development activities in two firms uncovered a variety of improvisational forms and the factors that shaped them. 摘要:Under what conditions will women raise and promote gender-equity issues in their work organizations! We used structural equation modeling to analyze responses from a sample of over a thousand female managers to address this question.
