摘要:Through an inductive, comparative study of four early entrants in the nascent air taxi market, we examine why start-ups, generally characterized as flexible, malleable entities, might instead exhibit inertial behavior. 摘要:This paper proposes that gender differences in responses to recruitment rejections contribute to women's underrepresentation in top management. We theorize and show that women are less likely than men to consider another job with a prospective employer that has rejected them in the past. 摘要:This paper examines when and how a critical mass of social and political stakeholders mobilizes against a corporate organization and the impact of such mobilization on the organization's market value. 摘要:Using data from two experience-sampling studies, this paper investigates the dynamic relationships between discretionary behaviors at work-voluntary tasks that employees perform-and internal somatic complaints, focusing specifically on a person's pain fluctuations.
