摘要:This paper argues that organizations tend to be more open or closed as a function of their members' political ideologies and that this variation can help explain firms' responses to social activism. 摘要:Numerous scholars have noted the disproportionately high number of gay and lesbian workers in certain occupations, but systematic explanations for this type of occupational segregation remain elusive.
