摘要:WRN helicase is a promising target for treatment of cancers with microsatellite instability (MSI) due to its essential role in resolving deleterious non-canonical DNA structures that accumulate in cells with faulty mismatch repair mechanisms1-5. 摘要:Glucocorticoids represent the mainstay of therapy for a broad spectrum of immune-mediated inflammatory diseases. 摘要:Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapy has transformed the treatment of haematological malignancies such as acute lymphoblastic leukaemia, B cell lymphoma and multiple myeloma 1-4 , but the efficacy of CAR T cell therapy in solid tumours has been limited 5 . 摘要:Propionic acidaemia is a rare disorder caused by defects in the propionyl-coenzyme A carboxylase alpha or beta (PCCA or PCCB) subunits that leads to an accumulation of toxic metabolites and to recurrent, life-threatening metabolic decompensation events.
