摘要:Gene expression in Arabidopsis is regulated by more than 1,900 transcription factors (TFs), which have been identified genome-wide by the presence of well-conserved DNA-binding domains. 摘要:For healthspan and lifespan, ERK, AMPK and mTORC1 represent critical pathways and inflammation is a centrally important hallmark(1-7). Here we examined whether IL-11, a pro-inflammatory cytokine of the IL-6 family, has a negative effect on age-associated disease and lifespan. 摘要:Mice live longer and healthier lives when a cytokine protein called IL-11 is inhibited. The findings show how researchers can move beyond broad generalizations to engage with the nuances that modulate the pace of ageing.
