摘要：This paper reports a two-part field experiment study that demonstrates that negative externality primes commonly used in anticorruption campaigns and academic research on collusive corruption are more effective in reducing participation in corruption among the minority of people who already reject the private-public trade-off inherent in collusive corruption than they are in changing the behavior of those who are tolerant of it. 摘要：This paper introduces VRscores, a workplace-level measure of employee partisanship constructed by linking U.S. voter registrations to electronically available worker profiles covering 2012 to 2024. The resulting organizational-level data set captures the partisanship of 24.5 million workers across more than 534,000 employers with at least five matched employees. 摘要：Organizations can gain substantial knowledge synergies from their alliance portfolios, and research suggests firms may benefit even more when their partners compete directly with each other. 摘要：Do investors value firm inventions that recombine distant knowledge across domain boundaries? 摘要：This paper investigates how the gender composition of potential heirs influences technology adoption decisions in family-owned agricultural microenterprises. Drawing on primary field data from three waves of panel surveys of 734 rural households in Ethiopia (2013-2019), we exploit the exogenous microshock of a newborn child's gender to isolate its causal impact on farmers' uptake of new technologies. 摘要：Research in advanced economies shows that street protests can indirectly influence untargeted firms through informational spillovers. We propose that, in developing economies, the indirect effects of street protests extend beyond information cues to include a resource spillover effect.
